Went in to look at recliners because I heard they had a sale...I found one on sale and it is everything I hoped it would be. Very happy with my purchase.
Recently, my wife and I bought bedroom furniture from Eller and Owen in Hayesville, NC. The price was about $9000. for master bedroom furniture and one queen bed for another bedroom. When we ordered the furniture, we ordered "cherry hardwood". When the furniture was delivered, my wife discovered the master bedroom furniture was different colors. We then discovered only one piece was cherry and the rest was maple. Eller and Owen did replace two night stands and one villa chest but charged us a $100 restocking fee stating "husband ordered wrong finish without her knowing". I will never buy anything from these people again and warn you to be cautious if you deal with them. Blaming the customer is the lowest form of business practice. When you order "cherry", you don't order the wrong finish when you get "maple".
Carla, Barbara and the entire staff are wonderful to work with! The store and furnishings are beautiful and we'll be back for more purchases!
