Both of my daughters go to Dr. Shook's office for their dental needs. We have always been made to feel welcome from the first time we walked in their door. The staff is always professional, friendly and courteous. Everyone there is knowledgeable and proficient in their jobs from reception all the way up. I love knowing my kids are in good hands while I enjoy reading in the front office. We have been going to Dr. Shook's office for a few years now and we love it. We would not dream of switching dentists! If anyone is looking for a dentist in this area, you will not be disappointed in choosing Dr. Shook's office.
Well..... to be perfectly honest. I've been going to dentists all my life and most of the times I've dreaded going, I knew they were going to hurt me, charge me too much and left feeling I just filled in a blank spot on their calendar. Not so with Dr. Shook and his staff. When I enter they greet me by name, I sit and watch TV till I'm called for my turn, with a big smile I might add. I feel like I'm about to visit with an old friend. I'm made comfortable and then the fun begins, well, not fun sometimes, but I really don't mind it. Dr. Shook has a way of giving injections like no other. He's got it mastered. They explain what they'll be doing...get it done and I leave knowing it's done right and they've charged me a fair price. Maria even took the time to prove to me that my insurance was useless.
I have been a patient of Dr. Shook for several years and have always been treated with kindness and unlimited patience. Everyone from the front desk to the back rooms is friendly, caring and make your visit as pleasant as possible. I would highly recommend Dr. Shook and his entire staff. They are all wonderful.
We have been with Dr Shook and his staff for over 13 years. Love them all! Both Jason and his girls are caring, considerate and conscious of your well being. They use the latest techniques and equipment and are most helpful when you need them. I have moved away and will miss their expertise and friendship!

Not only are the more than qualified and knowledgeable, they are extremely pleasant and kind to deal with. Dr. Shook is one of the nicest people I have ever met and it reflects in the people who work with and for him. You can not go wrong becoming one of his patients. I have been a patient for the last 8 years and with every visit I feel like they truly care about me as a person, as well as my family. I pray he never leaves, I don't want to ever have to change!!
